Bluestones supply chain is recruiting for HGV Class 1 ADR Drivers on behalf of our Lanark based client, who is a specialist transport company supplying throughout the UK.

PAY – Days £20.00, Nights £21.00
Full time hours Monday to Friday
Days 6:00am starts 11hr Shifts
Nights 20:00 pm starts 11-hour shifts
Locals and Trunks available
The role:
Drive and operate HGV vehicle in line with tachograph laws
Pre inspect vehicle, report any defects in a timely manner for rectification
Complete relevant paperwork as required by the business and legislation
Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage in line with company procedure
The candidate:
HGV Driving Licence (ADR)
Driver CPC and Tachograph card
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work under own initiative
A reasonable level of competence of the English Language (speaking, reading, and writing) and basic arithmetic.
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Good communication skills
