Bluestones Supply Chain are currently looking for a Production Team Leader for our vibrant, faced-paced leading Food Manufacturer client based in North Lanarkshire.
Salary: £28,100
Job Purpose :
This role will be working in a Chilled Food Manufacturing environment, therefore previous experience working within a similar environment will be preferred.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring Production targets are achieved
Departmental KPI’s such as Quality/Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level and Labour
Leading your team through team briefings, on-line coaching and problem solving
Identifying high performers and managing the performance of the team
People management of your team including but not limited to Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary/ Grievance, Performance Reviews, Training and Development
Skills & Experience:
An understanding of working in a food production environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
IT literate with a strong competency on Excel.
Strong administration skills
