Are you a skilled administrator looking for flexible work? Bluestones Supply Chain is now hiring a Compliance Administrator to join our Derby branch.

Salary dependant on experience and shift pattern + benefits. This role can be part-time or full time depending on the candidate.

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to support our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and support with compliance and payroll admin.

Hours to choose from:

• 09:00 – 17:00 – Monday – Friday
• 10:00 – 14:00 Monday – Friday
• Or 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Wednesday

The role can be term time only for the correct candidate (with half working summer holidays).

This role would be a great fit for you if you have a background of 1 year + within an administration role. If you understand the logistics and warehousing industry, it’s appreciated although not essential.

• 24 days (pro rata for part-time) holiday per year plus your birthday off, this will increase by one day per year after two years’ service up to 30 days. Also, your 8 statutory bank holidays.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
• Experience with office management tools
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• Great telephone manner
